Fees & Costs

There is no charge for our Free initial consultation. This is where we discuss with you what service best suits your particular need. You ask us questions and we ask you questions. That way we are both clear on what we can and cannot do.
We do not start to act until you have decided to use our services and have instructed us in writing to work for you and we have confirmed in writing what we will do for you. That way there are no hidden bills.
We explain in advance the basis of our fees. Our advice to you is based on what we believe is right for you in accordance with the law. You may not always agree with it.
We will only take your case if we believe that you have a good case. We will tell you if we believe that you do not have a good case. We will explain the reasons why.
We rely on you to tell us everything relating to your case. There must be full disclosure, otherwise we are simply wasting each other’s time.
We will work hard for you and expect to get paid for that work. We have bills to pay, an office to run.
All fees will be agreed in writing by you before we start.

Our charges.

We may agree an hourly rate or a fixed fee with you. We may be able to offer a monthly payment option. It depends on the nature of your case and what you agree to. We always charge Fees which are reasonable and fair, given the amount of work, level of knowledge, skill required and importance of the case.
